Hi, I’ve ordered a sim only contract and just wondering if it’s been accepted?

I got this email through : Successful EE order ref: xko————- (blocked numbers out)

does this mean it’s ordered? And due to be delivered?

Thanks for signing up to a sim only contract with EE, receiving a email confirming your order details and a reference number on mans the order has gone through successfully. If there is any issues you will receive another email.

Yes, as you have received the successful order email it means the sim will be on order for you and you should receive it very soon.

Hello, I’ve still heard nothing and have no idea what’s happening!

would I get a confirmation text on delivery or when dispatched.

it is just sim only plan

We do not have account access here on the community. I would suggest you Contact Us and quote your XKO number. The guides will be able to confirm everything is on order and estimate delivery too.
