Welcome to the community.

When you placed the order, did you get an order confirmation number? (please don't give the number here)

If you did, that would go to our sales team to process, and if it is accepted, you'd get an email to let you know it is on the way.

When did you place the order?

You'd only get a tracking number once the phone has been despatched and is with DPD @Kevymc1994 .

If you have an order number and that isn't working, I'd recommend speaking to our customer service guides, who can bring up the account and check the order for you.

If they have been unable to pass through security with you when you have called, it would need you to go to the store to unblock your account. Once they have verified your ID, they'll be able to reset the account so you can speak to our team.

I really couldn't say for sure @Kevymc1994. Our team would have attempted security checks and if these are not able to be passed, then they would refer you to the store with photo ID.

Like I say @Kevymc1994, I cannot give you the reason why access was denied, but if they have not been able to pass security for whatever reason, they will refer you to the store.

And I work to 5 the shops are closed at 6 I don't drive it's the travel
down im not going to be able to till the weekend

Some stores are open later @Kevymc1994. You can find your nearest stores hours on our Store Finder page.

It is not something that we can help you with here, you would need to go to the store when you can.
