Can't navigate the site properly:

I get prompted to login when I'm already logged in.

I get promotions pushed to me that I can't view.

Randomly get messages telling me I'm not a customer.

Can't get a code text to me because I've apparently done it too recently when I've done it a handful of times in about 3 months.

Loads of pages just have no content on them

Seen a lot of similar issues on here but the only proposed solution is to waste your time on the phone to support where it probably won't be fixed. EE must be losing loads of business because of this.

Hello @kudos1 ,

Welcome to the community,

Is this for the app or when logging in to the website for your account?

I would suggest speaking to customer service, as they can do an account refresh, which should then work for you.
