What is the current delivery time for Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max? My order was placed 10 days ago and the item dispatched within 24 hours. I live in a major city so I’m growing concerned that there is a problem. Where can I go to find out more?

Which colour and storage version of the 16 Pro Max did you go for here?

Normally if it's showing as dispatched we'd expect this to be with our courier DPD, so it's worth downloading their app and registering with your delivery address.

It was black titanium in 512GB. I checked the DPD app and it says I have no parcel activity. Will try customer service. Thanks!
