@Linzi_H FYI I just tried to do this, even getting to speak to someone was difficult enough then I was told it's not possible to change the address beyond a small change such as the house number. It might be worth amending the accepted answer here as it's a little misleading.

EE not really offering a fit-for-purpose service in this area tbh.

What is the latest with your order? Were our Customer support team able to help at all? Is it the registered address on your account that the delivery is going to?
