I ordered a new iPhone 16 on pay monthly on Saturday it’s saying it’s been dispatched but there is no date under the dispatch date

Which colour and storage version of the iPhone 16 have you gone for here?
Also was this an upgrade to an existing contract, or a brand new contract with us?

Welcome to the community,

You will receive notification from DPD up to the evening before dispatch and then another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window. Deliveries are not done over the weekend, same as bank holidays, so you may get notification today.

I was the ultramarine iPhone 16, 126gb, it was a new contract

Cheers @MollyFurbz, that's showing as in-stock and ready for next day delivery, so you should have received an update from DPD with your tracking information.

If you haven't already, can you please try downloading the DPD app and register with your delivery address?

If you're still not getting any updates here there's a chance the contact details DPD have on file may not be correct, so I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer care team.

They should be able to see all of the tracking details, and confirm exactly what's happening here 😊
