    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm swapping from Sky to EE for broadband and TV, but I have yet to receive anything from EE with an order number on it that I can use to track.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only thing I have received is an SMS from Openreach, saying that they are coming next week to install the full fibre.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this normal?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thanks for coming to the community.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You would usually get some confirmation emails from us after the order was placed, with details of what you have ordered, your account number, and confirming a direct debit if that was set up.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The text from Openreach points to the order being successful but if you haven't received any emails, and there is nothing in your junk/spam folder, I'd recommend &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;giving us a call&lt;/A&gt; so that our broadband guides can locate the order and account and make sure that your email address is correct.&lt;/P&gt;
