When I go to upgrade it take me from the app to a web page and asked me to log in.when I log in it says account Closed in a red box and say for the best deals you have to be an ee customer. I HAVE BEEN WITH EE FOR 22 YEARS MY ACCOUNT IS NOT CLOSED.&nbsp; I pay the bill monthly. So why can't I upgrade on an upgrade anytime plan.
