&lt;P&gt;I can appreciate your frustration at seeing this when you are wanting to look at upgrading.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you see the closed message anywhere else in the app or can you view the rest of your account as normal?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Getting worse - why is my account closed?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So. When I go to upgrade it take me from the app to a web page and asked me to log in.when I log in it says account Closed in a red box and say for the best deals you have to be an ee customer. I HAVE BEEN WITH EE FOR 22 YEARS MY ACCOUNT IS NOT CLOSED.&amp;nbsp; I pay the bill monthly. So why can't I upgrade on an upgrade anytime plan.
