X in bubble above 'despatched'

I ordered the Google pixel 9a in Iris as an upgrade. I was text yesterday with a message saying I have a new document, which is nowhere to be found in my EE when I log in. When I try and track the order there is an X in a bubble above despatched. No other information about my order, no messages from DPD to say it's despatched. Is there a delay? What's happening?

Thanks for the extra info @Pennyplum72

The 256GB Iris is showing more than 28 days delivery online. If you didn't want to wait that long, you could look to change to one of the other options that have a shorter wait time. If not, you will get a text once the stock is in and it's on it's way to you.
