I upgraded my phone online, I received confirmation and an order number, but there is no dispatch date tho and I haven’t received any delivery date information.
when I track the order I can’t tell if it’s been dispatched or not? It was ordered on 16th April.

anyone had similar experience?

That one is showing as being in stock so I would have expected you to have received it by now.

If you give our customer service guides a call, they will be able to bring up your account and check the order to see what is happening with it.
