I have a Google Pixel 9a on order and haven't been given an estimated dispatch date. Do you have any guidance on how long it is currently taking to dispatch please?

The current estimated delivery timescale for that model is to 'expect dispatch within 14 days'. It looks like the Obsidian 128GB version is in stock and expected to dispatch within a day. If you wanted to change to that one, our Customer Support team would be able to organise that for you.

Yes I'd be more than happy to switch to that. I don't really care about the
colour as it will be in a case anyway.

If you call 150 and select options 1, 1, then 3, it should put you down the 'upgrade' route to speak to someone, @caromcnicoll

I'm not sure why you're not able to get through, @caromcnicoll.

Try option 2 (not visual service), then follow any of the options for account queries or technical support. It should get you through to speak to someone.
