Back at the end of January i Ordered Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 12G Graphics Card 24 month bundle with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate only to find out that i was being charged extra for the game pass so i cancelled it and now i have no game pas and should of received 24 months for free with the £600+ graphics card ??? i thought i had added it to my xbox account ! How do i get my free 24 months that was promised with the graphics card ??? Any help would be grateful

You definitely shouldn't have been charged anything extra if this bundle included the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate already.

I would suggest speaking to our team directly so they can double check your bills and make sure the correct add-on is in place moving forward.

Which dept do i need to go to ?? Sales, Gaming, Subscriptions ? Its never ever clear on here ? its such a minefield just to get to the right dept !! why cant i just ring up and speak to a human to help me sort it out ?? I've never received any message or email about my 24 months Game pass and im currently paying for my graphics card and mobile bill and i've never missed a payment on my account ever ? this should of just been added and some instructions to activate made simple ??

Hello i have spoke to the billing team and they refunded what i was charged for the add on and they have also given me a link for me to be able to activate My 24 months game pass and added my other add ons 24 month EE Gamer’s Data Pass & 24 month EE Video Data Pass ! I'm glad this got resolved quickly.
