I go online and choose the TV I want and click add to basket but then it says this service isn’t available at the moment try later. Then I get an email to say the item is still in my basket waiting for me, so I click on the link in my email to complete my purchase but when I loads up it says I have nothing in my basket. I have called customer service and they just tell me to try later but I just get the same all over again. I went to an EE store and they couldn’t help me either. What’s the point in advertising these TV’s if you can’t purchase them.
