&lt;P&gt;You need to speak to customer services, otherwise you will not get your order. I would ring them and then press option 2 and you will get through to one of the guides.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your £30 upfront cost should be pending in your bank account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I placed an order with EE for a mobile phone ive been given an order number beginning with&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;xko but the email header says please call to discuss what does this mean? Ive paid the £30 upfront and was wondering if anyone else has had this thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
