The first order was cancelled via text, no explanation. I have had 10 phone calls today, all unhelpful, telling me to go into store to change my details. I went to the store, and was told that they couldn't help, and that I had to ring the helpline again. I have spoken to 12 different people over the course of two hours, no one has an answer for me as to how to get my order reinstated - This is absolutely insane. Please contact me regarding this.
