What I wanted to say is I paid for my 2nd phone iPhone 16 Pro black 256 gb, initial payment of £30 with monthly cost of £82 fee is paid however the order number wasn't received. So I don't know why because its a weekend Saturday? Can anyone suggest anything?

The payment should be pending, not taken, check your bank and you should see it as pending.

Yes, I checked and payment being taken
I ordered another phone online, not in a store where I got an issue. Online
payment was taken but order not placed. There is nothing in spam folder
