It was last may 2024. But didn't receive it. I'm learning disabled and haven't been able to understand this process till adult social care gave me help. Please can you therefore make reasonable adjustments to the delay In reporting this. I paid 30 upfront

Have you noticed if any payments other than the £30 upfront payment?

If you look on your bank statement from the time, does it show that the £30 was taken? Usually if an order doesn't go through any upfront payments wouldn't be taken.
