How do you find a copy of a receipt of puchase of my new phone?

Your receipt of purchase would vary depending on how you ordered. If it was in store, you'd get a paper receipt or for an order online or over the phone, you'd usually get an email just after you placed the order.

What is it you need the receipt for? Is it claiming a free gift?

I have the same question. I did not receive a receipt (online order), only an order confirmation. How do I get a receipt please?

Welcome to the community.

You should receive a delivery note when your device is delivered. If you don't have this, you can request a proof of purchase document through our Mobile Care team.

Do you require proof of purchase for anything in particular?

If you give our Customer Care Team a call, they'll be able to email out a proof of purchase with all of the details of your device and contract.
