Went to go check the order just make sure it went through and there was something on the order information that looked a bit strange (it said the delivery method was out of stock!) I enter the reference number and the tracking says it isn't a valid reference number, despite it being the one EE gave me. Tried to speak to someone on the phone but none of the options related to my query, when I did get through I just got cut off immediately. Tried to make a complaint but you need an account number to do so which I don't have.
