EE store delivery

i chose a delivery to store and requested DPD to deliver it on specific date as currently I’m out of country. However DPD delivered it next day despite the request. How long does EE store hold the package for collection? I’ll be able to collect the parcel in 9 days. Will it still be at the store?

Our stores will hold your parcel for a limited period, but if you're going away for a little while then I'd recommend getting in touch with the branch holding this directly to let them know when you plan to collect it.

I’ve tried ringing the store but they’re always busy, not picking up. Do you know hold long they hold it for? And what happens if they send it back as I’ve already signed contract and set up direct debit.

@Karopuz2000 You need to keep trying the store. If it’s sent back as a none pick up you’ll not be billed and the contract becomes irrelevant.
