I purchased a new contract Iphone 16 Pro Max on 19th March and I've still had no updates.

Did you receive an email confirmation detailing the order?

Hi, I received confirmation of everything ordered estimated delivery was 20th on the email and the order tracking has just been dispatched since then

Have you checked the DPD app, and does anything show there for your delivery?
What colour and memory size did you order? I can double check the stock information for you.

Nothing shows in the DPD app.

It was the iPhone 16 Pro Max 512GB Black Titanium

I can see that this is currently showing online as expected dispatch within 14 days from ordering @Cadams87
Once stock is allocated to your order, the DPD app should update with your delivery information.
If you want us to check the status of your order though, you are very welcome to call us directly.
