Store down for maintenance as credit check completed?

Hi!

just placed an order for EE BB and Sim Only. Got to the landing page saying I need to pay £20 deposit due to result of credit check.

clicked that I agree and to go onto next page to pay said deposit and complete order - store down for maintenance!

I have checked my credit file and they have done both soft and hard checks so I daren't place another order as I dont want 4 checks being done plus the risk of the second order declining.

what do I do? if I call tomorrow can they push the order through without a second check?

If i place an order separately for a sim, would a whole new check take place or would the already completed and passed check still apply from an hour or so ago?
