Been a week since I ordered and no update???

I ordered a phone on the 13th March and whenever I track it with EE it says it's been dispatched but I haven't heard anything since? DD has been set up but I don't have the phone.

I can't see the order itself from here, but I can check the stock to see if there have been any delays.

Which model did you order, including colour and storage size?

Was it purchased outright or as part of a contract?

Hi it was purchased as a 36 month contract. The tracking says dispatched. It's the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 256gb Silver

That model is showing as being in stock and expected to be despatched within 1 day.

If it has been showing despatched for longer than a day and you've not heard from DPD about delivery, I'd recommend speaking to our customer service guides so they can check the order on your account.
