&lt;P&gt;I know you'll want to make sure the order is going through.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the screen went blank and you didn't get the confirmation email, it may not have, and the upfront cost would be pending with your bank.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The best option would be to speak with our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;customer service guides&lt;/A&gt;, who can have a look for the account and order to see if it did go through. If it hasn't they can help to get it placed for you.&lt;/P&gt;
