Hi I ordered a pink iPhone 16 512gb on Tuesday and when I'm tracking it the website just shows a x above dispatched does this mean it's still waiting to be dispatched I got a thanks for your order email and that's it thank you

@Dandanz1990 Have you had confirmation of dispatch? This will come with a tracking number, you can not track with an order number because you get that upon order of an item and item has to be allocated to you in order to track it and once that happens you get confirmation of dispatched and a tracking number.

Welcome to our community.

That particular variant is showing as up to 14 days for delivery on our website so I'd imagine there may be a bit more of a wait. Our courier DPD will be in touch when the phone is with them and they have a date for you.

Does this mean it's been accepted as I ordered Tuesday had no other email about credit check or more info etc just wanted to make sure that picture I sent means it's been accepted
