&lt;P&gt;We don't have access to any accounts here in the EE Community, so I'd recommend giving us a call so that one of our guides can look into the order for you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You mentioned that your number is in your husband's name, WWs the order an upgrade of that number, or were you taking out a brand new separate contract?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have placed an order this afternoon, upfront &amp;nbsp;payment is pending but the page was then blank so no order number given and I have received no confirmation email. I have been unsuccessful in contacting EE as my number is an existing number in my husbands name. I am most unimpressed and it does not fill me with confidence. I want a solution to this issue and an order number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
