Order confirmation email

Hi! I’ve ordered a phone earlier today online and i haven’t received a confirmation email, the moneys been taken out of my account but i haven’t been sent an email to track my order or to confirm it. This is my first time ordering a phone on EE, is this normal?

Welcome to the community,

Have you checked your junk/spam folder?

You will receive notification from DPD once the order is being sent out up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

If you are concerned, I would suggest you ring customer service and they will be able to confirm the order is going through ok.

I’ve checked my spam and junk folder and i still haven’t had any order updates yet, i’m not sure how long it takes for a phone to deliver either but is this normal too as i ordered and paid for the phone on tuesday
