      <description>&lt;P&gt;Started contract with EE on Tuesday, bought new phone. Now when I try to track the order or see the status it says it’s timed out and I still haven’t got my order?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Struggling to figure out how to contact anyone as I am on o2 right now so the 150 number won’t work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;All I want is my new phone &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
