      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried to upgrade my phone twice now and can't complete the order. First was in the shop- the final stage wouldn't go through as my address was entered twice somehow and told to try again in 30 days. I've now tried ordering online two months later and I get the message '&lt;SPAN&gt;Unfortunately we’re unable to complete your order online right now. You can try again in 30 day's time, or call us on the number below'.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you tried deleting and re-installing the app? Does the same happen when you log into your EE account online?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
