DPD returning order, never attempted delivery

Ordered a phone which shipped from EE on the 17th. I wasn't around on the 18th so rescheduled delivery until the 19th. DPD tracking shows that the phone sat in DPD's Dundee depot until the 20th, with no delivery attempts made (and I was in all day on the 19th/20th) and then without explanation was marked as being sent back to EE.

What the hell do I do now?
