      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Pre-Ordered a Samsung S25 256GB&amp;nbsp; online via EE had an email with order number, when I check order update it never changes been waiting 2 weeks now and nothing changes. Could you give me an update. tried phoning EE but was just put on hold for ages and gave up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
