Hi, I am having the same issue. My phone's battery has deformed, and I have no access to my phone or an alternative device to check my DPD tracking; on the website, it doesn't show the time window or detailed tracking - I thankfully did get my pin code off before the phone died, but I am wondering if there an alternative way to receive the DPD tracking?
