      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered a phone last night and paid an upfront cost. I then received an email to say please phone us to discuss your order . My credit score isn’t the best so I’m guessing it’s been declined. I tried phoning today but in the time I had I couldn’t get through. Will this just automatically cancel and my upfront cost refunded ? How long does it take ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It is worth giving the team a call to see what they need, as if you'd been declined they'd usually email to let you know that was the case. They may just need a little bit more information to put the order through.&lt;/P&gt;
