    <description>&lt;P&gt;EE have emailed me stating that if I do not return my old handset (after an upgrade) to them by the 21st of February, I lose out on a trade in discount. My new set has not arrived yet. &lt;P&gt;The messages are automated and our mobile guides can note the account if you have not received your new phone and unable to return the device by the date given. To speak to the team and get the account noted please call us on 150.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As soon as the order has been dispatched DPD will be in touch with delivery details.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
