I ordered an Apple MacBook Air last Sunday, it said DPD two day delivery but still not received, I have tried contacting EE on the phone but they weren’t helpful at all. Has anyone got an email address I could or had a similar problem?

@Richyt3192 You probably got this via the EE store which is a different shop and CS cannot help you with purchase from this shop. You need to see THIS

You don’t need to be a EE customer to purchase from the EE store.

If your parcel is will DPR try to contact them. I have ordered new phone and I faced similar issues that's DPD's customer service number +441212750500. I hope they will solve your issue.
