&lt;P&gt;I know the importance of making sure that the delivery isn't missed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The tracking details would be sent by DPD when they have picked up the phone, and would then give you a delivery window, usually on the morning of the delivery.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/orders/track-mobile-order" target="_blank"&gt;track the order status&lt;/A&gt;, but this would only show information up to the point where it is despatched.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does the number you are trying to use start with XKO? (Please don't put the full number here)&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Tracking timed out</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a new phone yesterday (a Saturday) got my confirmation email with my tracking number but when I try and track it , I just get the timednout message. I need to track it to make sure someone is home when it arrives.&amp;nbsp; I swear EE just don't want to keep customers,&amp;nbsp; I am tempted to cancel as it's becoming a hassle staying with EE&lt;/P&gt;</description>
