I ordered an iPhone 16 pro (Black Titanium) with EE on 4/02/25 and it has now been 10 days with no update with my order.

Attempting to track my order number is also impossible.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Hello. I ordered with 128Gb memory and this is a new contract.

I received an order conformation by email on February 4th.
