returns policy- it says you can return in 14 days, if i ordered a sim free iphone and opened it, tried to set it up and decided i didn't like it, is it okay to return within that time period even though it was opened?

Welcome to the Community.

If you purchased the Sim free iPhone online or over the phone you will have 14 days to return the device.

Yes you can return it if you have opened it too, all you need to do is contact Customer services and advice them you would like to return your device.

I received an email to say that my device was being picked up and would receive another text in 72hrs that was over a week ago and I can’t get through on the phone to speak to anyone
