Hi @Avvie

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you are seeing that the order has been dispatched, the credit check has been successful and your order has been accepted. You'll get a text or email from DPD, or a notification in the DPD app to let you know when it will be delivered.

In terms of your SIM Only plan, did you upgrade the current plan or order an additional line?

Hi, does this mean my order has been accepted? I ordered a contract phone today pending a credit check. Received an email saying successful order. I expected to get a further email/call to let me know credit check successful but I haven't received anything to say credit search successful.

On EE order tracking it shows this, which to me shows order dispatched. Is that correct? Or am i not reading this correct.

Also, I am currently on a monthly sim with EE, I have chosen this new phone to keep my current number. (If successful) Do I need to do anything to stop my current sim deal to ensure I'm not paying for 2 sim deals? Or will EE automatically stop my sim only deal when/if I get the new phone?

Thankyou.
