Returns Bags

Hi - i have received a mail asking for me to return some kit, which I am happy to do, but I haven't received any returns bags. Any advise on where I can get these from.

Yes, ive had two mails one from EE (smart hybrid connect) and one from BT (TV Box mini and TV Box Pro). We were with BT, but recently migrated to EE. Just unsure how to return them.

Usually the bags are sent within 7 days, when did you receive the mail?

Hi - 14th Oct from BT and more recently from EE (cant locate the mail). Im just after a route to get bags. Do you know how I can do this.

There isn't a specific link to order a bag unfortunately. But, if you haven't received anything within 7 days, you can give our team a call on 0330 123 1105 and they can resend it.

Thanks Lesley ... I'll do that now. I dont know how to make this happen, but the emails recieved from EE state the following, and it would be great if EE could change their standard mails, so people (such as me) don't go down this route unnecessarily.

We'll send you a replacement, free of charge. All you need to do is log into your account and select Return your kit.

Hi Lucy .... yes there is no on-line option to request bags, which the generic email is suggesting.

I logged into my account but I can't find a "return your kit" option to tell you that I haven't received the bags.

Hi.

I've also received an email asking me to return some equipment but I've not been sent a returns bag. To quote the email:

Haven't received your returns bag?
We'll send you a replacement, free of charge. All you need to do is log into your account and select Return your kit.

Now I'm following up getting a returns bag...

BUT Please can the email be changed as there is no place that I could find after logging into my account where I could select 'Return your kit.'

Again, to be clear my issue is not how to return, or how to get a returns bag, it's that the email is wrong or lacks correct information. Please correct the email.

Are you returning EE broadband or EE TV equipment?

If so, you should receive the returns bag within 7 days, did you receive the email over 7 days ago?
