A phone that looks like an iPhone but isn’t 1 it doesn’t turn on or charge and sounds like there is sand or something in side it

I can see you contacted us about this back in December, and @Lesley_W sent the details for raising this with our complaints team.

If you haven't done this already, I would definitely recommend checking out the details on our code of practice.
