I asked whether if I can collect that to EE store, she told me that I would not be able to collect it. So I was forced to buy a new one from EE.&nbsp;</P><P>I phoned EE so many times to chase up the cancellation until I was advised to go to EE store. I went there on 14/01/2025 and one of the guy there told me that he will process the cancellation and will return the device to EE.
