    <description>&lt;P&gt;Basically yesterday we ordered broadband and tv but got no confirmation email. We also tried to order some phones and sims but didn’t pass a credit check for some reason.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then we get a call today about getting the phones and sims using a different plan; which got sorted. When I asked about the broadband, I was told the previous advisor put the wrong email .co.uk instead of .com.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So basically the confirmation email got sent to the wrong email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I need that email to find my broadband account number to myee.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also need it to activate Netflix from what I’ve read.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
