I'm new to ee I ordered a new phone on the 3rd of January I got a confirmation email but I've had nothing else

I have just upgraded to the same phone yesterday, great choice.

I don't have account access here on the community, however if you give customer services a quick call they will be able to take a look at your order for you, all you need to provide them is your personal details and order number.
