If the email is from the official @ee.co.uk domain, that is genuine.

Many phishing emails purport to do so, but the "from" line will not end in @ee.co.uk

Hi all,

I have placed an order of mobile phone on store.ee.co.uk. when I tried to track the order, it shows the it is processing subject to security check. I have received an email from weborders-eestore@ee.co.uk requesting a copy of my utility bill to complete my order. There is no consumer service contact I can verify that email is genuine. I'm a bit worried that the email is a scam or a phishing email. Anyone can advise? Thanks very much.

Hi @Eksyau

Given the message on the tracker and supporting email its clearly not a scam.

You can contact EE via 150 or here: https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee

Thanks
