Made an order on the 19th of December on the app for a smart watch received a confirmation email saying all was good and I would receive an email when to collect from local shop as requested but still no email or any sort of correspondence .

@Johnbhoy6788 Might be worth giving the store a call or perhaps first call EE customer support to check that it’s been dispatched
