Cancelling an online order

Hi,

I am looking to cancel an online order I placed this morning, but I cannot get in contact with anyone to do so.

The phone number I was given through the app gives no options to speak to anyone about it.

Could someone help?

@Hazman If you have an EE phone you can dial 150 or from any other network 0800 9566000

I have tried to ring this line, but there are no options regarding online electronics orders.

Only phone or broadband!!!

If you have, does it start with XK, EE, or S0?
