    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Hello, I had the same problem last month and I ended to give them a phone call to upgrade my phone.       <title>technical error when trying to upgrade contract!!!!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hey any suggestions please. For over a week i have been trying to upgrade my phone which is out of contract this month, each time i get to the confirm order it comes up with " there's a technical error" , i have tried doing it on the app, on the website, connected to mobile data, connected to wifi, through the upgrade link i got sent via text. This evening i have tried on the laptop, same thing. I have attempted several e chats , get told they are connecting me with someone and it doesn't happen or i have a 4 hour plus wait other times. I know the easy thing is to call but i don't want to and shouldn't have to out of choice, anyone having the same problem?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Could you try using a different browser and accessing the EE website please?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd also recommend clearing your cookies and cache to see if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;
