How long does it normally take Likewize to confirm your trade in?

Hi All

I traded in my iPhone 14 Pro as part of an upgrade deal on the Pixel 9 Pro XL - there was some confusion as EE sent me 2 separate trade in envelopes with 2 separate quote ID's, this slowed down the process as I had to get EE to cancel one after lots of back and forth with EE and Likewize.

I sent the phone off on Thursday and they signed for it Friday, from your experience how long does it take for them to assess it?

They've not sent my any confirmation that they've received it and I'm panicking a bit as the 2 week deadline is on the 25th, just received a final reminder text from EE.

Welcome to the community.

I believe that it's usually done withing a few days of them signing for it. Did you keep your tracking information from when you returned it?

Yes I kept the receipt, send it Special Delivery insured and it was signed for on Friday morning.

That's good, it means you can show that you sent it off before the cut-off, if it's scanned in a little later, @Etchee.

Hey, I am in the same position as the package was signed for on the 23rd, but no confirmation that it has been assessed but I have had a text saying I will be billed the outstanding amount. Who do I speak too?

Thanks for coming to the community.

It can take a few days for the phone to be checked over and for Likewize to confirm the condition of the phone to us, but this may take a little longer over the Christmas and New Year period.

Has your bill already been created with the charge on it?
