Being ripped off by EE

Im being ripped off by EE for a set of headphones i never received iv wasted over 10 hours of my life on calls and chat to them multiple times and they keep saying its sorted and they will remove them but my bill has now jumped up nearly double and im not paying till its sorted is there anything El's I can do ??

They have done that over a month ago and nothing they just keep putting my bill up and every time I've called them they say it will b sorted within 48hrs but 2 months on still trying to rip me off

@Jimjam1331 , you write that EE keep putting your bill up, have you actually checked your bill to see why your bill keeps on going up? You should be able to see the breakdown of your bill.
